Suggested bike shops in the area (limited)
What you bring:
Carry your own bags and/or tents or have a friend provided sag support.
A bike in good working order, of course, and enthusiasm. Cash for accommodation, breakfast, lunches and dinners plus and for goodies at tea shops.
Don't forget a tool kit, just in case you have a flat or other minor mechanical problem.
A helmet, water bottles, sunscreen, and a rain shell in case of inclement weather.
