Based in Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley on the Evangeline Trail, the Centennial Cycling Club offers bi-weekly recreational rides and tours throughout our region.

A small but active group, we welcome new members, or riders that may just be "passing through," to join us on our rides. Please note that our Saturday tour schedule is published on a bi-monthly basis, and will be available at this site, or by contacting one of the members listed below.

The Centennial Cycling Club is a friendly, recreational cycling club which meets every Saturday (weather permitting) to explore quiet coastal and inland roads mostly in the Annapolis Valley area.Cycling is at a relaxed pace with rest and lunch stops, making the occasion suitable for both novice and experienced riders.
For information on the club, call Gary (678-0928), or David (798-4700, St. Croix, Hants County).
The Club
also offers Thursday night rides leaving from Port Williams. These rides
are 20-30 kms. over scenic, flat, quiet roads -- very suitable for beginning
riders. Call Gary (678-0928) or Ralph (542-1423) for more info.
For members who cannot do the Saturday ride, the Centennial Cycling Club
also offers a shorter run every Sunday morning at 10:30 A.M. (weather permitting).
The ride will usually start at our familiar departure point, Ed Turbitts'
Service Station in Port Williams, and follow along quiet roads in the Valley,
which always end up taking us to a favorite eating-place. We welcome anybody
who would like to join us for a novice ride (approximately 20 * 40 km).
It might be a good idea to let us know if you plan to cycle with us, in
case there is a change in our schedule (departure points may vary). For
more information, please call 542-1326
David Dermot
and Susan Pelton in front of Chapter II in Hantsport.
