Meet Brook one of our tour support staff. Brook is sitting in her 5 tonne, manual transmission diesel-engine truck. This was her home for the summer of 2000.

She drove this truck, which carried 24 riders' personal belongings, food and cooking equipment, to each day's destination. And each day, amongst her other duties, she would set up and take down the communal equipment. Even though the cyclists averaged 132 kilometres a day, it is always a challenge for the driver to beat them into camp.
