May 30, 2010 Sunday: Alliston to Toronto:
Pick a Route -- 100 km, 100 miles

Saturday and Sunday: For those staying in Alliston for the weekend there will be a choice of routes on country roads (with stops at excellent bakeries).

At 10:00 am on Sunday the Tour du Canada Time Trial will be held. This is a 15 km race against the clock. Registration in SOCR includes optional participation in the Time Trial. For more information on this event visit: Tour du Canada Time Trial.

These trips are designed to suit the fitness levels of typical recreational cyclists. We assume that participants are weekend riders who enjoy regular excercise. The terrain for both the 100km and 100mile route is not difficult.

Over the years, the age range of those riding with us on the May weekend has been 8 to 80 plus.
