All items are Code 1 except for Reflective Triangles and socks which are Code 2 and Cycle Canada Guide which is Code 3.

Route Packages - Shipping charges for route packages or maps are: Canada $5.00, U.S.A. $8.00, Other $15.00. We can ship a folding map or book with a route package for no additional shipping charge.

We aim to ship your order by the next business day after receipt. If we are delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.

For Canada and the U.S.A. individual jerseys are shipped by Canada's Express Post and the above rates apply per jersey. Shipping time will be 1-5 days depending on where you are located. We can ship a small iltem such as socks with a jersey for no additional shipping charge.

If you would like to order more than one item, eg two jerseys, we can ship by expedited package post for the prices indicated above. Shipping time in US/Canada using this method will be one week to two weeks, again depending on where you are.

For overseas we ship by package post. This may take up to two to three weeks depending on your location.

For large orders or orders you wish to be sent by courier please contact us.

Taxes

There is no tax on goods and shipping charges shipped outside of Canada.

Taxes are charged on goods and shipping and by province are:

Ontario - 5% G.S.T and 8% P.S.T.
In New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island - 13% HST.
Allother Canadian provinces - 5% G.S.T.

Most of our goods are Canadian made. Under NAFTA there is no duty charged for goods made in Canada and sold into the U.S.A. or Mexico. Any duty charged is for the account of the recipient of the goods.

Exhange Policy

Our exhange policy is that you must return the item to us at your cost and we will send you a replacement at our cost.

Special shipping rules apply when goods are being returned from outside Canada. We need to be clear with Canada Customs that the goods originated in Canada and are simply being sent back for exchange. If Canada Customs is not clear on this point, an item can be held up at a customs warehouse for several weeks.

So if you are returning an item from outside Canada, please write the following clearly on the outside of the package: "Canadian goods returned to Vendor". With that note, put this code on the customs declaration for the package: “RMA 2007FY” and “GST Code 66". Please also include any NAFTA documents that we sent with your order.

We regret there is no return or exchange on maps, routes or books, all such sales are final.
