The shirt sizing is very roomy and they are pre-shrunk.
For men: The shirt will be one size smaller than you would take for our Tour du Canada or Cycle Canada jerseys, eg if you take an XL Jersey you will take Large in the Shirt.
For women. The best guide for fit for North Americans is to use the equivalent women's sizing. The shirt sizes for women will be similar to what you take in one of our regular Tour du Canada or Cycle Canada jerseys ( but not the women's jersey which is a smaller fit). For example if you take a Large jersey you will take a Large shirt. For women who like the button style, you want to order the men's style two sizes smaller than the appropriate women's fit. Eg. if you take a Large in Women's fit you will take a Small in the Men's fit.
