Rates are per person in Canadian dollars. A 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) applies and is indicated in the package selections to show a final number. This is a compulsory sales tax levied by the Ontario and Canadian Government

6Cycle Canada Waiver

It is a requirement that prior to commencing a ride with Cycle Canada you sign our waiver form. Please select the button below to view the waiver. Please then indicate that you have read and agree with the waiver and conditions and will sign a paper copy and deliver it to Cycle Canada prior to the start of the ride

8Registration Fee, Cancellation and Insurance

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CYCLECANADA CENTURY RIDE ( also known as Tour du Canada Century Ride): Cancellations must be made in writing and must come from the participant or a person legally entitled to act on the participant s behalf. More than 90 days before a start date, an administration fee will be assessed. A portion of a deposit may be transferable to an event in the following year at the sole discretion of Cycle Canada.

Within 90 days of the start date and up to 14 days before that date, an administration fee of 50% of the total trip fee will be assessed and the remaining amount will be transferred to an event in the following year. Starting from 14 days before the start date, there will be no refunds, except that for the Cycle Canada Century Ride there will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the start date.

Cycle Canada may cancel a registration if final payment is not received by a due date. In such case the cancellation policy will apply.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR ROUTE CHANGE: Organizers reserve the right to cancel a Cycle Canada ride or Tour du Canada for any reason at any time prior to departure. In such case all funds paid will be refunded. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for additional expenses, such as travel costs.

Where Cycle Canada decides it is not feasible, practical or advisable to continue with an event as scheduled, Cycle Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or reroute an event under its management, or any part of an event. Cycle Canada shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation nor be responsible for any damage resulting from delay or termination of an event by causes beyond its reasonable control.

UNUSEDSERVICES: Where a participant does not use a service that is part of an event package, no refund shall be made and that service cannot be transferred to another person.

Cycle Canada recommends that participants investigate and obtain travel, cancellation, medical and personal property insurance in connection with their tour.

Cycle Canada does not offer or sell travel insurance.
