What Do The Codes Mean?
- Code 1: Jerseys, Sweatshirts, Fleece Vests, T Shirts
- Code 2: Reflective Triangles, socks
- Code 3: Books, Stamps, Water Bottles, Saddle Covers, Hats
Please note multiple or product mixes will have different rates as they are weight based.
Pickup
If you would like to arrange to pick up your product from our office you will need to schedule a time with us. Please email us at Cycle Canada Email or call 800-214-7798 or locally 705-434-1100.
There is also an option for us to bring the items to the start of tour you are participating in at no shipping charge. You can select this option when you provide delivery instructions on the checkout form.
Shipping Method And Time
We ship by Canada Post.
We aim to ship your order by the next business day after receipt. If we are delayed we will contact you as soon as possible. For Canada and the U.S.A. individual jerseys are shipped by Canada expedited parcel post and the above rates apply per jersey. Shipping time will be 5 - 10 days depending on where you are located. Some will be faster.
For overseas we ship by package post. This may take up to two to three weeks depending on your location.
For large orders or orders you wish to be sent by courier please contact us.
If your purchase is a gift that is being sent to a different address, please let us know. We can include a card with your good wishes.

Taxes
There is no tax on goods and shipping charges shipped outside of Canada.
Yukon, NWT, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec, B.C. - 5% G.S.T.
Ontario - 13% HST
Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador - 15% HST.
Duty Within North America
Our Jerseys are made in North America. Under USMCA (formerly NAFTA) there is no duty charged for goods made in Canada and sold into the U.S.A. or Mexico. We include a NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) certificate in our jersey shipments. If you have received a shipment that is covered under NAFTA and are charged duty you should present this certificate and apply for a refund.
Other items may have been made outside of North America and duty may apply. Such duty and any tax or service fee on the duty is for the account of the recipient.
Gifts: If you are sending your purchase as a gift outside North America please be aware of the possibility that the item may attract duty and/or taxes. This amount would be paid by the receiver in order to release the items. Since this is in the hands of the authorities in the country of receipt we aren't able to predict or control such charges.
Duty Outside Of North America
Shipments Outside of North America may attract duty and local taxes by the recipient government: Any duty or taxes on that duty is for the account of the recipient of the goods.
